Perfect for jello shots. I would recommend cooking your jello at a low heat (just warm enough to melt gelatin/sugar; not hot enough that all your precious alcohol evaporates). Then turn off the heat, add remaining alcohol/liquid and allow mixture to come to room temp or cooler, before placing in the freezer until the gelatin harden. This will allow the gelatin to harden minimizing any liquid that can be absorbed. After the quick freeze, then transfer jello to fridge overnight.
